Anyone who knows me knows how passionate I am about protecting our furry friends. Today I am going to list some cosmetic brands that do not test on animals.
- Lush: This is a personal favorite of mine. Lush is handmade cosmetics. They strictly believe in not testing on animal. They are known for their bath bombs. But they make everything from shampoo and conditioner to make-up and henna hair dyes. I highly recommend their Karma Komba shampoo bar (which I was skeptical of using at first, but I was pleasantly surprised.). Another product I recommend is their Dark Angels face and body cleanser. It is made from black sugar and charcoal. I recommend this product if you have oily, acne prone skin. I have used several products from Lush and have never been disappointed.
- Bath & Body Works: Everyone loves Bath & Body Works for their seasonal scents. Their Fall and Christmas scents are my absolute favorite! I have always loved his store, ever since I was a kid. But little did I know, they are nice to animals! Which of course makes me love them more! I would 100% recommend this brand. They are always having sales and their products are affordable.
- NYX, Smashbox, Too Faced, Urban Decay, Paul Mitchell: These brands are on the list of higher priced of cosmetics. Their products are very good but like I said, they tend to be more expensive. I love Urban Decay Naked. Their eye shadow and foundation is my favorite. NYX has very good and pigmented lipstick. Paul Mitchell makes hair products but I have never used them so I'm not sure how well his products are. Anything by Smashbox and Too faced are good in my opinion.
- Burt's Bees: The last thing I am going to discuss is a brand called Burt's Bees. Growing up my mom always used Burt's Bees chap stick because she liked the burning sensation it gave her lips. I have really sensitive skin and products like Clean and Clear really break out my face. I decided to try Burt's Bees sensitive skin face soap and it did wonders for my skin. They have make-up and everything you can imagine for skin care routine. I would recommend any of their products. They are affordable and can be found at any local drugstore.
These are just some of my personal favorites but there are numerous more brands that don't test on animals. Stand up and fight against companies who don't care about animals. They do terrible things to them and most of the time they end up killing them. Switch over to cruelty free brands and fight for animal rights.
What cosmetic brands do you use? Do they test on animals? Which of these brands would you like to try? Let me know in the comment bar below! Have a marvelous Monday! :)
