Hello love bugs! So today I noticed that the majority of the stuff I write is over fitness or nutrition so I have decided to just make my blog into a fitness blog! I will share my secrets of the gym, how I get motivated to go and different workouts for different parts of your body. Occasionally, I will share some nutrition advice too. But today I am going to list (you know I love lists) some amazing benefits for going to the gym.
- First off going to the gym relieves stress. Whenever you're in the gym sweating it increases norepinephrine which is your brains way of managing stress. Therefore working out will relieve your tension and make you less stressed.
- The biggest one for me is the self-confidence you gain. Once you start seeing results you will become addicted. You will start seeing yourself as more beautiful and catching a glimpse of yourself every time you walk by a store window or a mirror. And once you start having that confidence, other people will start complimenting you. Let this be your drive.
- Bigger booty: Ever since Kardashians and Jenner's became famous everyone wants a bigger booty. Instead of having surgery like them, you can get a popping booty in the gym. Doing some weighted lunges or squats overtime will have you looking bootylious!
- Insomnia: Working out a couple hours before bed will cause your muscles to be tired making it easier to fall asleep.
