Hello love bugs! As you all know I am a fitness junkie. I have always kind of half way worked out and just went through the motions. Well, I came across some pictures of female body builders and they were gorgeous and stood there with such confidence (which is something all women struggle with). So I have decided to take the bodybuilding road and train my butt off so I can stand on that stage and teach girls that if they work extremely hard, that they too can have that confidence but consistency is key.
To begin my journey I am starting by drinking at least a gallon of water a day. This will get rid of all the bad chemicals and terrible things that are in my body. This will also keep me hydrated throughout the day while I train. I have already started drinking my gallon a day and I will be honest, you will have to pee... A LOT!
I am also going to start monitoring what I eat. Being the chocolate lover I am, this will be hard. But I am going to cut out all junk food and count my calories. I am going to make sure each meal has enough protein, carbs, and fat. I am going to limit cheat meals to one day on the weekend. This is going to be the hardest part for me but it will be worth it in the end.
The biggest and most tedious part of this whole thing is the training. Luckily I have Monkey to stand by me and train me. This is going to call for many late night gym sessions and some hardcore training. I am going to have to push my body and muscles to a whole new extreme that they have never been pushed to before.
I am so excited to begin this journey. I am ready to start seeing results. But most importantly, I am ready to have women look at me and help them gain the confidence that they are lacking.
