Hello love bugs! I am currently sitting at work and I was debating on what to write about today. I was sitting here going through the comments you guys leave on my blog articles and I am just overwhelmed with how much support I have from you guys. When I started this blog I was scared that nobody would read what I had to say and I was nervous because I was stepping out of my comfort zone. But over time I have gotten more and more comfortable writing what is on my mind, which is exactly what I am going to do today.
A couple weeks ago I wrote about what inspired me to become a writer well I never got any feedback from that person which really hurt my feelings for a long time. But what I have recently realized is that if you keep doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results, you are never going to stop. So I let that situation fly into the wind. It was causing more stress in my life then I found necessary.
So tonight I am going to write about another woman who inspires me everyday... Monkey's mom. She has been through so much and has transformed into such a beautiful and incredible person. She encourages me to be nothing shy of the best version of myself. We go to lunch once a month or sometimes more (we have a usual coffee house). And of course, she's in my top three Snapchat friends!
Monkey's mom is a strong Christian woman who helps everyone she comes in contact with. As soon as she walks in the room and smiles everyone's day is instantly better. She is always busy helping people or doing something for the church. When I am struggling or having a rough day, all I have to do is give her a call or send her a text and she prays for me and talks to me to calm me down. She has raised wonderful children and is the best grandma to two little babies who have stolen my heart.
So this is a shoutout to the woman who makes me become a better woman everyday. I love you momma! I aspire to be more and more like you everyday. You are such an incredible person and you have stepped up and play such a big roll in my life. Thank you for everything you do for me and Monkey. You are the definition of a perfect mother.
